The quality grades of sand suction rubber hoses are divided into ordinary sand suction rubber hoses and high-quality sand suction rubber hoses. The difference lies in the varying number of reinforcing fabric layers and cords used in their internal structure.
High-quality sand suction rubber hoses utilize more fabric layers and cords compared to ordinary ones, resulting in a correspondingly higher bearing pressure (working pressure) of approximately 4 kg (0.4 MPa) more than that of ordinary sand suction hoses.
Our sand suction rubber hoses can be customized and processed according to customer requirements for working pressure. The wear resistance index of our sand suction rubber hoses is 2–3 times higher than that of ordinary sand suction hoses.
They are widely used in sand (river and sea) extraction plants, dust removal equipment, cement plants, mining sites, port dredging, and more.
Our factory is capable of producing sand suction rubber hoses in various diameters ranging from 38mm to 500mm (1.5 inches to 20 inches), with fabric plies from 4 to 20 layers. The fabric plies include types such as dipped cord fabric, 840 cord, 1260 cord, and D3 cord. The hoses can withstand pressures from 2 to 25 kg.
